By using Happy Junk Truck's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Removal Authorization

By engaging Happy Junk Truck's services, you (the customer) confirm that you have the legal right to authorize the removal of all items designated for junk removal. You agree to indemnify and hold Happy Junk Truck harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the removal of these items.

Customer Responsibility

In the event that any third party makes a claim regarding the ownership or right to possession of any items removed by Happy Junk Truck, you (the customer) agree to be solely responsible for all matters relating to such claims. This includes, but is not limited to, legal fees, compensation claims, and any other costs associated with resolving such disputes.

Transfer of Ownership

Upon completion of the junk removal service and receipt of full payment, all items removed by Happy Junk Truck become the sole property of Happy Junk Truck. You (the customer) relinquish all rights and claims to these items once they have been removed from your premises.

SMS Terms

When you opt-in to HAppy junk truck text program, you expressly consent to receiving recurring marketing and/or transactional text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, by or on behalf of HAppy junk truck, at the cell phone number you provide us. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary based on your use. Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel.

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us.

Data Protection

Happy Junk Truck is committed to protecting your privacy. We promise not to sell your personal data to any third parties. Any information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our junk removal services and for necessary business operations.

Service Provision

Happy Junk Truck reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion, particularly in cases where we believe the removal may be unlawful or pose undue risk.

Pricing and Payment

Prices quoted VIRTUALLY are subject to change upon PHYSICAL inspection of the items to be removed. Final pricing will be confirmed BY BOTH PARTIES SERVICE PROVIDER HAPPY JUNK TRUCK AND CUSTOMER before the removal process begins. Full Payment is due upon completion of the junk removal service.

Liability

Happy Junk Truck is not responsible for any damage to property that is not directly caused by our removal process. Please ensure that the path to the items for removal is clear and safe. for any claims of damage clear before and after evidence must be provided. 

Changes to Terms

Happy Junk Truck reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
